We are a small family company, living in the Land of the Midnight Sun (Alaska) on a small hobby farm, nestled between mountain ranges out "in the sticks". We raise goats and chickens, have a wonderful organic vegetable garden, and we ferment vegetables, grains, and dairy products all year long.

Locally, we hold classes to support your journey toward good health. These classes presently include:
  • Steps to good health (and no, we don't mean more chlorinated water, less refined salt, and more cardio).
  • Fighting Candida
  • Soaking and Sprouting (organic grains, beans, nuts and seeds, and legumes)
  • Sourdough (Bread and other yummy stuff)
  • Pickling Traditionally (Making Probiotics at Home ~ Easy and Affordable)

We have suspended most of our classes for a bit while we focus on The Probiotic Jar.
